Welcome to "Myktreat" the online platform for Korean Beauty products operated in the United Arab Emirates ("UAE"). Before accessing or using the website or app ("Platform"), please carefully read and understand these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the Platform.

1. Use of the Platform

a) Eligibility: By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind the entity to these Terms.

b) Account Registration: To access certain features and services on the Platform, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Product Information and Purchase

a) Product Descriptions: We strive to provide accurate and detailed information about the products available on the Platform. However, we do not guarantee that all product descriptions, images, or other content are entirely accurate, complete, reliable, or error-free. If you find any discrepancies, please inform us.

b) Pricing and Payment: Product prices displayed on the Platform are in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and are subject to change without notice. Payment options will be specified during the checkout process. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge the designated payment method for the total amount of the order.

c) Order Confirmation: Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email or through the app. This confirmation does not signify acceptance of your order; it is an acknowledgment of our receipt of your order.

d) Order Acceptance: Acceptance of your order and formation of a contract occur when we dispatch the products you ordered. In some cases, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order at our discretion, and we will notify you accordingly.

e) The payment will be displayed as BEAUTY BY H A CO, UAE on your text message, credit card or bank account statement.

3. Shipping and Delivery

a) Shipping: We aim to process and ship orders promptly. Shipping times and charges will be provided during the checkout process. Any delivery times mentioned are approximate and may vary depending on your location and external factors beyond our control.

b) Delivery Address: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. We shall not be liable for any delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or insufficient delivery details.

c) Shipping within the UAE: Myktreat is responsible for delivering products within the United Arab Emirates in a period to be determined during the completion of the order, starting from the day your order is confirmed via email depending on your location.

d) Shipping within GCC: Myktreat offers delivery service to the following countries: KSA, Bahrain, Kuwait & Oman and delivery charge is 50 AED for online payment including VAT, Customs duty, special approvals, governmental charges. We don’t offer COD (Cash On Delivery). You are applicable for a free delivery based on your total order amount as stated in the table below

NOTE: order delivery may face delays during promotional activity and sale season. Shipping charges will be added to the order total, and such charges are not fixed and may be free depending on existing offers. Orders are delivered from Monday to Saturday, except Sunday and official holidays.

Myktreat collaborates with a third-party storage, fulfillment and shipping company and the responsibility of the order and shipment shall be transferred to the third-party company.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation: We are fully aware that sometimes you may change your mind about your purchase. If you change your mind before receiving your order, you only need to go to our website or the application and follow the following steps to cancel your order: Login to my account < My Orders < select order < Cancel order, provided that the order has not been shipped yet. You can also contact our customer service number to cancel your order, and we will do our best within reasonable limits to cancel it. In case the order has already been shipped, you should contact our customer service to cancel, and we will treat the cancellation as a return

5. Offers and Discount Coupons

Myktreat provides offers and discount coupons in appreciation to its permanent customers.

- Discount Coupons: Myktreat discount coupon can only apply to non-discounted products and may apply to discounted products, depending on the promotional offers.

6. Wallet Balance

- It refers to the amount of money that belongs to the customer, in which it can be used all in future payments.

- In case of receiving a damaged product, the customer will be compensated with an amount of money in the wallet balance for the damaged product after contacting the customer service. This wallet balance is not limited with a specific period

- You can get a balance from Myktreat’s offers. The balance from Myktreat’s offers is limited with a specific period, depending on the period of the current offers.

- In Check out, the system will automatically deduct from your wallet balance after any order, then you can pay the rest of the total using any available payment method (either: visa, Apple Pay, Cash on delivery).

7. Returns and Refunds

Please refer to the "Return and Exchange Policy" provided separately on the Platform for information on returns and refunds.

8. Intellectual Property

a) Ownership: All content, trademarks, logos, images, videos, and other materials available on the Platform are owned or licensed by Myktreat or its partners and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from the Platform without prior written consent.

b) User Content: By uploading, posting, or submitting any content on the Platform, you grant Myktreat a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, modify, display, reproduce, and distribute the content for the purposes of operating and promoting the Platform.

9. Prohibited Activities

When using the Platform, you agree not to:

a) Violate any applicable laws or regulations

b) Infringe any intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights

c) Interfere with the functionality of the Platform or transmit harmful code or software

d) Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activities

e) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform

f) Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any entity

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict your access to the Platform at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms or applicable laws

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Myktreat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the Platform or the products sold on the Platform.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts.

13. Changes to the Terms and Conditions/h2>

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective upon posting on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.
